Return Policy

  • We only accept products that are returned unopened within 30 days of receipt for domestic orders, and 30 days from shipment for international orders.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging, including any accessories or manuals that shipped with the product.

 

Payments

  • All refunds are issued via store credits only.
  • Orders placed cannot be cancelled, so please confirm your items before checking out.

 

Back order

  • All items are available for purchase regardless of quantity in store. We will ship your back order item immediately when the item is back in stock.

 

Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship via SingPost, FedEx and UPS.
  • FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • If a “no signature required” package is left at the door and you are not home to collect it, we / the shipping company will not be held responsible. Opt for “signature required” delivery to ensure items reaches you.
  • We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We will file claims for those that are insured. Please contact us directly to initiate a claim.

International Orders (Outside Singapore)
FedEx

  • FedEx International First - Early morning delivery in 1 to 3 business days to key global markets 
  • FedEx International Priority - 1 to 3 business days worldwide 
  • FedEx International Economy - 2 to 5 business days worldwide 

UPS

  • UPS Worldwide Express - 1 to 3 business days, delivery typically by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon 
  • UPS Worldwide Express Plus - 1 to 3 business days, delivery as early as 8:00 a.m. 
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited - 3 to 5 business days, delivery by end of day

Duties and Taxes
All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
